Do I need to have experience?

Don’t be bashful if you wouldn’t normally call yourself a ‘transcriber’. The truth is that many of our team are people looking to supplement their income by typing a few lines of text here and there and that’s okay with us. We will work with you to find the right fit for both of us. We are hiring transcribers, but don’t let the title throw you.

How do I join?

If you would like to be a transcriber go to our transcriber sign up page and fill out the form. Once you’ve completed that, one of our Operations team members will be in touch with you to go over the next steps. Once you become part of our team, you’ll be given short chunks of audio to transcribe – you can start work immediately! Follow the guidelines and we’ll keep track of the audio time transcribed. We pay our transcribers per audio hour every week. We know that you will find the WorkHub so easy, and our method of transcription so efficient, that the time transcription takes is reduced to 1/3 of the time it would usually take.
